It is perfect for friends and family who are looking to explore the Troodos area and its surroundings, but also for couples and friends who are looking to sit back, relax and enjoy the traditional village life. The villa is situated on the mountainside, so you will not experience noise from neighbours or passing cars. The villa has been recently renovated to a high standard, this 3-bedroom villa is set in the heart of the Pelentri area. Enjoying quiet surroundings, total privacy and picturesque views of fruit groves, almond trees and pine trees. Only 30 minutes drive, you can enjoy the beaches of Limassol and Kourion Ancient site, while Troodos mountain is only 10 minutes far away from the villa. For ski fans the ideal location to experience our ski area of Troodos. You can enjoy stunning mountain views, incredible flora and fauna and a large terrace space for any kind of activities like bbq. On the doorstep, you’ll discover numerous walking routes and bike trails. Nearby, the town of Limassol offer a wide range of shops and restaurants, and great regional wines, cheeses and crafts. Don’t miss the local specialities! The villa can accommodate up to 7 persons. It consists of a traditional living area with feature working fire place, large sofa and coffee table, A/C, TV and free internet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos) and the living room comes with a functional fireplace. The living room is very spacious and can accommodate an extra guest on the large sofa. It offers three large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa is an amazing base for exploring the magic of the Troodos mountain. There are dozens of marked walks for all abilities, and many cycle routes. There are also some wonderful trails for mountain-biking, some of which actually pass by the house Local areas are wonderful for eating out or shopping to eat in . There are several taverns/coffee shops in the area of Pelentri. The nearest supermarket, Alpha Mega is in Trimiklini, about 6 kilometers away.
